Exchange Policy

• Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@pac-kd.com with your order number and reason. We will arrange collection and send your replacement within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used items, items damaged by misuse, and items without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
